1.  What payment methods we accept?
Paypal is the payment we accept for most of the orders. PayPal is widely known for its secure transactions, so you will always be protected against fraud. We strongly promote PayPal because of its perfect reputation all around the world.

2. Can I wear my boots in the rain or snow?
Sheepskin is naturally water resistant, and therefore small amounts of moisture will not seep through or damage it. For more complete protection, we recommend treating products with a Stain and Water Repellent. Boots/shoes with full grain leather uppers are waterproof, but it is still recommended that they be treated.

Yes. The fleece foot bed wicks away moisture and allows air to circulate, keeping your feet dry.

4. Is it true that you should wear them barefoot?
YES! down jacket® footwear is designed to be worn barefooted to maximize the cushioning effect and the warmth of sheepskin.

5. What size should I order if I am in between sizes?
If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8? you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece foot beds form to each individual foot.

6. Are all your items in stock?
Yes, but occasionally the stock levels might reduce due to demand. If for any reason an Item is still displayed and you pay then we will contact you as quickly as possible and refund you.

7. Is shipping included in the prices?
Yes! The shipping fees are included in the item prices, we shall provide transport at our cost.

8 .Why the order I paid was canceled
If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is most likely because we were unable to verify your payment, or the products you want ordered are out of stock. In most cases, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss the matter with you, but if we can not get in touch with you within 5 days time after we receive your payment, we will automatically return the funds to you. It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of your money and purchase order.

9. How long will it take to delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and pack them. Processing takes 3 work days normally. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. EMS shipping normally takes 7-10 work days,

10. How do I take care of my down jackets?

A: Hand wash your down jacketn jacket in warm water, using an approved wool detergent. To dry, place your down jackets in the shade, away from heat or direct sunlight and allow to dry out slowly to retain the soft, supple finish.
